ZALNET team – experts who turn technology into practical results
The ZALNET team brings together hands-on expertise in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, penetration testing and technology education. We combine these perspectives to design solutions, assess their security and prepare people to use technology with confidence.
We work closely with every client and remain accountable for our recommendations. As a result, each project, consultation and training programme is delivered by identifiable specialists whose experience you can review before we begin.
ZALNET team: meet the people behind the work
We describe our expertise precisely because clients should know who will support them. Beata Zalewa leads the business and covers architecture, AI, cloud technologies and cybersecurity. Meanwhile, Jakub Lipiec contributes specialist experience in penetration testing, hardware, IoT, OT and automotive systems.
Founder · technical architect · trainer
Beata Zalewa
For nearly 20 years, Beata has combined solution architecture, software development, Microsoft Azure, cybersecurity and education. She is a certified AI developer, a Microsoft security specialist, a university lecturer and a Microsoft Certified Trainer who has held MCT status continuously since 2010.
Within the ZALNET team, she leads analysis and consulting engagements, designs architectures, supports implementation and develops training programmes. She considers the entire solution lifecycle: from the business objective and documentation to testing, maintenance and secure day-to-day use.
Penetration tester · IoT and hardware specialist · trainer
Jakub Lipiec
Jakub specialises in offensive product security testing. He is particularly interested in IoT devices, embedded and automotive systems, and the points at which software meets hardware and industrial protocols.
His practical toolkit includes hardware hacking, UART, JTAG, reverse engineering, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and scripting in Python and Bash. Moreover, he delivers Security Awareness training that explains technical attack mechanisms in clear language for non-specialist audiences.
How the ZALNET team works
Effective collaboration should not mean passing work between anonymous departments. First, we establish the objective and risk. Next, we bring together the right expertise. Finally, we leave the client with both a useful result and the knowledge required to sustain it.
We understand the context
We learn about the objective, users, technology environment, constraints and risk. Therefore, our work addresses the right problem.
We combine perspectives
Architecture, offensive security, operations and education become one coherent plan instead of separate activities.
We validate in practice
We test assumptions through labs, assessments, PoCs and realistic scenarios. Consequently, recommendations have a practical basis.
We transfer knowledge
Clear explanations, useful documentation and practical training help the outcome remain valuable after the engagement ends.
To stay current, we also draw upon openly available industry resources, including the OWASP Web Security Testing Guide and Microsoft Learn documentation.
What the ZALNET team is responsible for
No single technology suits every organisation. Instead, we combine analysis, design, technical validation and capability development. As a result, each client receives support aligned with its genuine needs, risks and level of maturity.
Architecture and implementation
AI, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, integrations, automation, DevSecOps, and HLD, LLD, BIG and SOP documentation.
Cybersecurity and testing
Blue Team, Red Team, AI Red Teaming, penetration testing, IoT, OT, SIEM/SOAR, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender and incident response.
Training and mentoring
Practical workshops, corporate programmes, Security Awareness, step-by-step resources and professional certification preparation.
ZALNET team – frequently asked questions
These answers will help you decide whether our expertise matches your project, training requirement or security challenge.
Does ZALNET work exclusively with Microsoft technologies?
No. The Microsoft ecosystem is an important part of our expertise. However, we also work with open-source technologies, offensive security tools, a range of APIs and solutions from other providers.
Do the same specialists deliver projects and training?
Yes. Our courses are delivered by practitioners who work with the technologies they teach. Therefore, participants receive practical examples, scenarios and lessons drawn from real work as well as sound theory.
Which languages does the ZALNET team work in?
Consulting engagements, training and conference sessions can be delivered in Polish or English. We agree the scope, technical level and materials before the work begins.
Can we begin with a short consultation?
Yes. An initial conversation helps clarify the objective and determine whether the next step should be an audit, test, PoC, training programme, mentoring engagement or full implementation.
Discuss your objective with the ZALNET team
You do not need a completed specification. Tell us about your challenge, risk or idea, and together we will identify a sensible next step and the right combination of expertise.
